How co-creative are you?

Most leaders know what they intend. Fewer know how it lands. How you show up with people shapes how much of their thinking, energy and ownership you actually get.

This free assessment gives you an honest, specific picture of how you see your own leadership across the five skills of co-creative leadership: how you hold a conversation, how you share leadership, how you grow the people around you, how you read the system around you, and how you learn by doing.

Please note this is a lightweight 25-question self-assessment, to give you a first read on how you see yourself as a leader.

If you want to go further, there are two deeper options: a full individual assessment of around 185 questions, and a 360 version where the people around you rate the same behaviours. Both include a debrief where we look at the results together.
